• Financial and Business Services
The Department of Environmental Quality's centralized financial operational support and business services fall under the Financial and Business Services Division. The division is comprised of the Office of Financial Management, the Office of Business Services and the Budget Development Office. The division is responsible for providing consistent financial controls, policy direction, and general operational support throughout the entire DEQ Lansing and field-based organizational structure.
