Are you looking for an Internship, Student Assistantship, Co-op or Student Engineering Job?
The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) offers all of these opportunities to students. Our positions are offered in a variety of settings: the field, the lab or office. Student interns' interests are matched with Department staff need to provide a quality experience for both parties. You will work directly on environmental issues, with opportunities to gain academic credit or simply professional experience. Positions are offered statewide, with flexible hours to fit around any school schedule.
Student Intern Program. DEQ has opportunities for unpaid student interns to work in a variety of capacities throughout DEQ. RETAP Student Program. DEQ operates the Retired Engineers Technical Assistance Program, whereby retired engineers and professionals assist companies with waste reduction applications at company facilities. Engineering students from a participating
Michigan
