Transportation Flood Hazard Unit The Transportation and Flood Hazard Management Unit of the Water Resources Division reviews permit applications submitted by Public Transportation Agencies under a Memorandum of Understanding between the Michigan Department of Transportation and the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.
