Review Tools Used

Five review tools are used during the review:
  1. A Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) procedures manual that addresses the steps to be followed in the reviews;
  2. A statewide assessment instrument;
  3. An on-site intensive review instrument;
  4. Interview protocols for use with state and local stakeholders; and
  5. A summary of findings and recommendations form that when complete, will be the report of findings to the state.
