MPSC Approves Settlement Agreement Authorizing 2008-2009 Gas Cost Recovery Factor for SEMCO Energy Gas Company's Battle Creek Division

The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement authorizing the 2008-2009 gas cost recovery (GCR) factor for SEMCO Energy Gas Company's Battle Creek Division.

The approved settlement agreement implements a GCR factor of up to $10.5214 per dekatherm for the utility's Battle Creek Division.

The company and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement agreement.

The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Labor & Economic Growth.
