• Home & Community Based Services for the Elderly & Disabled Waiver Program The Michigan Department of Community Health funds two services in addition to the thirteen waiver services with 100% State Dollars. The services are Gap-filling (Gap) and Temporarily Ineligible Participant (TIP) services. These services are not eligible for the Federal Financial Participation (FFP).

• Juvenile Accountability Block Grant The Juvenile Accountability Block Grant (JABG) Program is authorized under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 2002 (41 U.S.C 3796ee-ee-9) The goal of the JABG program is to reduce juvenile offending through accountability-based programs focused on both the juvenile offender and the juvenile justice system.
