Whether your group is comprised of students or seniors, they will thoroughly enjoy a visit to the Mackinac State Historic Parks. Fort Mackinac, on Mackinac Island, Colonial Michilimackinac in Mackinaw City and Historic Mill Creek, just south of Mackinaw City.

There are many different ways your group can explore the past at the Michigan Historical Center's Michigan Historical Museum.

 Library of Michigan

Information about the Library of Michigan, maps, directions, and telephone numbers for information and scheduling tours.

Michigan State Capitol
Capitol Tours
Guided tours are offered every half-hour from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Capitol is closed on Saturday, Sunday and official holidays.
Groups of ten or more must schedule their tours in advance with the Capitol Tour and Information Service.
Please telephone (517) 373-2353 for more information or to schedule tours.
Tours of the Capitol, Michigan Historical Museum and Hall of Justice Learning Center are scheduled up to a year in advance.

Learning Center
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. closed on weekends and state holidays
Self-Guided Tours: Individuals and groups of less than 8 on a walk-in basis.
