• Michigan State Rural Health Plan: MI-SORHI Report Michigan Strategic Opportunities for Rural Health Improvement (MI-SORHI) State Rural Health Plan 2008-2012 is the product of a year-long comprehensive strategic planning initiative to identify priority health issues for rural Michigan and develop a plan of action to address these priorities.
