"DMVA for Kids" has lots of drawings of military people, tanks, planes, and helicopters kids can print out and color. There's also a short history of the Michigan National Guard--Michigan's very own army and air force. Plus links to other military kid pages! The site is maintained by the the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
