The Michigan Quality Community Care Council (QC3) is the resource that brings together those who need in-home help and those who provide in-home help. The QC3 offers a tool for finding, choosing, and hiring help by maintaining a pre-screened registry of providers for consumers to select from. The registry will have names of providers and their special traits such as the language they speak, whether they will work in a house with pets, etc. In-home providers are able to register their agency with the QC3 to be included on the registry of in-home providers.
