• 2009 Housing Resource Fund Summary The Housing Resource Fund (HRF) Summary is a comprehensive descriptions of funding available from HOME, CDBG, and MSHDA resources, collectively referred to as MSHDA's "Housing Resource Fund (HRF)".

• Blueprint Library The Blueprint Library is available as a tool to provide model home designs for MSHDA grantees who are building new single family housing units which must comply with the inclusive Home Design Act (Public Act 182). The homes in the Blueprint Library comply with other MSHDA policies, such as Five (5) Star, Energy Star and also introduce optional green building technologies and materials.

• Rental Rehabilitation Model Documents Disclaimer: These draft documents were developed by MSHDA Office of Community Development, to incorporate CDBG and MSHDA Rental Rehabilitation policy into the document. However, a MSHDA Grantee should consult with their attorney and amend these documents as needed to insure that it is in compliance with any appropriate local, state, or federal laws applicable. Any amendments are subject to MSHDA OCD review.

• Supplemental Audit Guide (2009) The Supplement Audit Guide is designed to assist MSHDA's Office of Community Development grantees and their respective auditors in completing audits for OCD-funded grants. Audits received by OCD are the primary source used during the review and closeout of completed grant programs.
