Title: Disability Parking
Disability Plates and Placards
Persons with either a permanent or temporary disability that significantly affects their ability to walk may obtain a disability parking permit.  There is a limit of one permit per person.  Permanent disability permits are valid for four years.  Temporary disability permits are valid for a maximum of six months.

Persons with a permanent disability affecting their ability to walk, someone who lives with a disabled person, or a facility serving and transporting the disabled may obtain a disability plate for their vehicle.  The disability plate shows the disability symbol embossed on the plate.  The disability plate allows parking in designated disability parking spaces.

A person may have both a disability permit and a disability plate.  Free parking is not provided unless the disabled person has a disability permit with a yellow, free-parking sticker.
