Upcoming Filing Deadlines:
Close of Books for the 2010 July Triannual Campaign Statement is July 20, 2010
Report Due by 5:00 pm on July 26, 2010
July Triannual Campaign Statements are required of all PACs filed with the State that do not maintain a reporting waiver.

Close of Books for the 2010 Pre-Primary Campaign Statement is July 18, 2010
Report Due by 5:00 pm on July 23, 2010
2010 Pre-Primary Campaign Statements are required to be filed by Candidate/Gubernatorial Committees appearing on the 2010 Primary Ballot and that do not maintain a reporting waiver.

An Introduction to the Michigan Campaign Finance Act
Under the Michigan Campaign Finance Act, Public Act 388 of 1976, the Michigan Department of State (MDOS) receives campaign finance disclosure statements from the committees of all individuals who are candidates for state-level offices and all judicial offices.
