Tribunal Notices

In May, 2004, the Tribunal began issuing Notices to provide the public with the Tribunal's interpretation of the Tax Tribunal Act, MCL 205.701 et seq., and the Tax Tribunal Rules, 1979 AC R 205.1101, et seq.  Tribunal Notices provide the public with an understanding of the Tribunal's internal processing practices and ensure uniform, efficient processing of cases.
