The agency's office located in Mt. Clemens was closed on June 24, 2009. Magistrates Kurtz and Logan are now hearing cases in our Detroit office while Magistrate Wolock is hearing cases in our Pontiac office. All Macomb County cases have been transferred to the Detroit office; Sanilac County cases have been transferred to Saginaw; and St. Clair County cases have been transferred to Pontiac.
Mediation cases previously assigned for the Mt. Clemens office are being handled by Tom Burden in our Detroit office. From this point forward, mediation cases for Macomb County will be handled in our Detroit office; Sanilac County mediation cases will be scheduled in Saginaw; and St. Clair County mediation cases will be scheduled in Pontiac.
